Mo founded Ideal over 15 years ago with the mission of delivering technology solutions with exceptional customer service, allowing customers to achieve their absolute potential. It’s all about excellence. And that has not changed.

Mo’s passion is getting closer to customers to help address pain points and solve real-world challenges with the latest technology.

Passionate about creating meaningful growth opportunities, Emily spearheaded the launch of the Ideal Academy and is committed to shaping a culture built on trust, fairness and open communication.
