The challenge for Ideal was delivering a network environment that technically supported their vision.<\/p>\n<p>The building needed to be highly adaptable, functioning as a \u2018Living Lab\u2019 capable of collecting and analysing data and automating activities to optimise operations, energy efficiency and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>Another key requirement was to maintain an open environment where member companies could collaborate without physical boundaries, while ensuring secure IT boundaries for each separate entity.<\/p>\n                            <\/div>\n                                            <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"cs-split bg-gray2\">\n    <div class=\"container container--md\">\n        <div class=\"test\">\n            <div class=\"row\">\n                <div class=\"col-12 col-lg text-center cs-split__image-col\">\n                    <div class=\"cs-split__image\">\n                        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.mintcreative.com\/ideal-test\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Screenshot-2025-07-18-at-11.46.53.png\" alt=\"alt-text-test\" class=\"img-fluid w-100\">\n                                            <\/div>\n\n                                    <\/div>\n\n                <div class=\"col-12 col-lg-6 order-lg-last\">\n                    <div class=\"cs-split__text-content h-100\">\n                                                    <h2 class=\"cs-split__heading text-gradient d-inline-block align-self-start\">\n                                The Solution                            <\/h2>\n                                                                            <div class=\"cs-split__text\">\n                                <p>Working in a consultative approach with Sidara, Ideal designed the Shell and Core and the Fit-Out network concurrently, which enabled full integration of operational and occupational functionality.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure a Smart Building delivers to the maximum effect, it\u2019s important to connect as many services as possible via the CNS.
