Horder Healthcare is a charity healthcare specialist that delivers private and NHS services across four sites.<\/h4>\n

For over 60 years, Horder Healthcare has been providing outstanding orthopaedic surgery and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. \u201cWhether we are carrying out reconstructive surgery or helping patients recover from sports injuries, high levels of IT connectivity and network resilience are essential.<\/p>\n

\n The Solution <\/h2>\n

After Ideal implemented an intent-based Cisco LAN network with a Meraki wireless solution to create a reliable core network, Horder selected us as their network Managed Services Provider (MSP). It\u2019s a role we have now held for over six years.<\/p>\n

In addition to 24\/7\/365 UK-based proactive support across the whole IT network estate, we supported Horder through Covid, solved compatibility issues caused by upgrades to the NHS Electronic Referral System (ERS) and helped Horder adopt SD-WAN as a means of enhancing resilience across the network.<\/p>\n

David says it\u2019s proved to be an excellent partnership. \u201cWe really feel they\u2019ve got our back.
